Frequently Asked Questions from LSV customers

Who is NRMA Insurance?

Like LSV, NRMA Insurance is proudly backed by IAG, Australia and New Zealand's largest general insurer. Where is NRMA Insurance located?

NRMA Insurance operates around the country, with call centres in Adelaide, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane. Both LSV and NRMA Insurance share the same repair network for motor claims, so you will continue to receive the same dedication to quality repairs should you need to make a claim.

How can I pay for my renewal with NRMA Insurance?

You can pay most policies using PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay, as well as BPAY, Visa and Mastercard. You can also visit an NRMA Insurance branch in NSW and the ACT, or pay at any Australia Post Office.

How will this affect my current LSV policies?

There won’t be any changes to your current LSV policies between now and when it’s time to renew. When it comes time to renew, if you are eligible, we’ll be in touch to explain how you can renew with NRMA Insurance.
